Hope ♥ Heal ♥ Whole
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Mandy Mae Johnson, a Trauma Integration Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate unresolved experiences, break unhealthy patterns, and move toward a grounded, whole, and hopeful life. I’m committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story without judgment and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to heal, grow, and breathe again.
Whether you’re simply exploring trauma integration or you’re ready to take meaningful steps in your healing journey, I’m honored you’re here. This is a space for growth, honest reflection, and finding steady footing—right where you are, at your own pace.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife to my amazing husband, a mama and bonus mama in our blended family, and someone who strives to live with intention and faith in every step I take. My life is full of cheering from the sidelines, taco dinners around a full table, and building community one shared moment at a time.
What Is Trauma?
Trauma is a shock to the body and mind. It can form in an instant or build quietly over time — reshaping how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. This shock can overwhelm all five senses, create new belief patterns, and alter our ability to make decisions or feel safe in relationships.
Trauma isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s your body’s intelligent way of protecting you. But that protection, over time, can make you feel stuck.
What Is Trauma Integration?
Integration is a mindful, guided process of bringing the pieces of yourself back together. It’s not about reliving pain — it’s about releasing shock and validating your lived experiences in a safe, grounded environment.
Through this work, we gently unwind the body’s survival responses and begin to reconnect with your innate wholeness and resiliency. Integration allows space for awareness, compassion, and the possibility of new patterns — not built on fear, but on safety and self-trust.
You were made to heal. Your body remembers how.
Is Trauma Integration for You?
Are you tired of living in reaction mode — the anxiety, the shutdown, the constant “I’m fine” when you’re anything but?
Does the idea of healing feel both hopeful and terrifying? That’s okay. I felt the same way when I began my own trauma work.
Whether your experiences were big, small, or hard to name, you deserve a space where your story makes sense — even the parts that don’t have words yet.
You don’t have to keep surviving. You can learn to thrive, to breathe deeply again, and to feel at home in your body and life.
I’m here to guide you through the process of remembering your own wholeness — the strength and resilience that have always been there.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering that you were never broken to begin with — just protecting yourself the best way you knew how.
