Rooted in FaithBrave AwarenessCuriosity with Compassion

Her Why

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet spaces where people feel unseen or overwhelmed — the places we often carry alone. My journey began in education, working with children and families who needed patience, presence, and a gentle kind of advocacy. Over the years, I began to see that healing doesn’t come from pushing or performing.

Healing happens when we are witnessed.
When grace meets honesty.
When brave awareness gently reveals what’s stirring inside.

My own story eventually led me toward trauma integration work and supporting mamas who feel stretched thin, weary, or unsure of where to begin. I believe healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but honoring what you’ve carried — and discovering the steady strength that’s already within you.

Experience  & Background

My roots are in education, where I earned my B.A. in Education and Special Education. I spent years teaching, substitute teaching, and working in ABA therapy — experiences that taught me the power of attunement, small steps forward, and compassionate curiosity.

After becoming a mom, I found myself continually drawn to women’s spaces — places where vulnerability was spoken in quiet honesty, and where motherhood felt both sacred and weighty. That pull eventually led me into blended family coaching, trauma-integration work, and supporting women through seasons of transition, overwhelm, and rediscovery.

Her Faith Lens

I seek to live grounded in God’s truth, grace, and nearness, even as I fall short.
My faith has been a steady companion through my own trauma and life journey—a source of strength, humility, and hope when healing felt uncertain. It shapes how I listen, how I hold space, and how I trust the process of restoration.

While each person’s story and path are their own, my work is informed by the belief that healing is not meant to be carried alone. For me, faith is not an add-on or a performance—it is the foundation I return to, anchoring my presence, my compassion, and my commitment to walk gently with others.

A Gentle Note from Me to You

I’ve walked this road, too. I know the ache of trying to hold everything together. I know the courage it takes to finally pause and say,
“Something in me needs care.”

You’re not meant to navigate this alone. I’m here — with grace, curiosity, and compassion — ready to walk with you. One tender step at a time.
